As part of ongoing staff growth and development at SIMA tied to our long term strategy, SIMA is announcing a new role change for Heather Carew, CAE, as she transitions to Director, Events & Supplier Development at the association.
Since 2007 Heather has served as a key SIMA staffer, starting first in membership and customer service before transitioning to events management and trade show sales. In her new role, Heather will combine these skills into leading SIMA’s efforts to plan and implement in-person events including the Snow & Ice Symposium and Season Opener, plus continued excellence in selling and managing trade show and sponsorship sales for the show.
Heather’s flexibility and ability to connect with customers will help SIMA key events go off without a hitch, and play a major role in future growth and opportunity for the association and its members.
