Snow pros have been getting bombarded with storms but I’ve got summer on my mind. I’m looking forward not only to the warmer weather but most especially to coming together to celebrate the 25th Annual Snow & Ice Symposium in SIMA’s hometown of Milwaukee, WI!

This year’s theme is “out of this world” and on June 24 we'll lean in hard on the futuristic theme by encouraging attendees to consider where their companies are going to boldly go in the next 5-10 years -- and we’re bringing in a rockstar slate of workshop facilitators to help jumpstart that journey.

Moonshot Labs:  Work with a facilitator and fellow snow professionals to develop your “moonshot” — a big, bold goal for the future of you and your team. You’ll leave with a plan that includes clear, objective and measurable goals and actions to start you on a positive trajectory!

Warp Speed Workshops: Whether you need more knowledge to propel the moonshot you identified in the morning or need to brush up on a particular skill, we’re going warp speed in the afternoon with workshops on leadership, sales, operations and procurement, recruiting and retention, and business/team efficiencies.

Star Clusters: We’ll end the day with networking roundtables where you can engage with other snow professionals in similar roles. Talk moonshots, seek new ideas, problem solve and more. These role-based roundtables are always great to make connections.

NEW for '22: We’ve launched a special track just for owners of snow companies centered around business valuation, ethics and transition planning. Whether you’re a new owner or a seasoned veteran looking at a future without snow, these sessions will inform, inspire and get you thinking about what’s next.

We’re putting the final touches on this year’s event, including an anniversary celebration you won’t want to miss. You’ll find details as they;re finalized at Registration opens Feb. 22 - make your plans to help SIMA celebrate the silver anniversary of the Best Show in Snow!
